ORDER PROCESSING

Please allow 3 days to process your order. You can expect an email within 24 hours to let you know your order is being processed

SHIPPING RATES

Shipping rates for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

We offer shipping within the UK and mainland Europe only at this time.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. unHEEDED is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

REFUNDS, RETURNS + EXCHANGES

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item(s) is unused and in its original condition. We will refund the full order amount for the returned item(s) minus the shipping costs for the return.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at return@unheeded.co.uk with your order number and a photo of the item's condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will always try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
