The corner detail of this tree reminds me of an Old Master drawing I love. On the back of the 17th-century drawing the artist sketched a small clump of foliage in the corner, seeming to overhang the paper's edge. Suddenly, something insignificant and overlooked becomes as interesting as the drawing on the front.
